Per Memorandum No. 2026-03, the Executive Council has approved an extension of the deadline for submission of Member Profile Forms. The new deadline is June 25, 2026.
This extension applies to all founding members and applicants who have not yet completed their profile documentation. Incomplete submissions received after the new deadline will not be processed for induction.
Please ensure all required fields are filled out accurately, including emergency contact information and professional background. Submit your completed form to your chapter secretary or upload it through the member portal.
